The schedule gives the Noles a chance to catch their breath, while the fan base holds theirs. Although we've hit a speed bump on the road to Pasadena, come out Saturday and watch us destroy Idaho. It's our last home game of the year, and the 3rd annual Craft Beer tailgate. So, bring your favorite six pack and lets enjoy ourselves under the pines.
Syracuse vs. #2 FSU Game Time: Saturday, November 16th at 3:30 p.m.,Tallahassee, FL

11 months from now, there will be reports of an assault that occurred in Tallahassee. The suspect will be a freshman Heisman hopeful. The victim will be the Syracuse football team. These rumors will be true, and the details will be gruesome. Before you witness the felonious beat down, join us for some tailgate fare and a good time under the pines.

Cocktail of the Week: Orange Crush- In honor of our visitors; don't ask what's in it.
Bring your favorite six-pack and, we will see you Saturday.
#7 Miami vs. #3 FSU Game Time: Saturday, November 2nd at 8:00 p.m.,Tallahassee, FL
Tailgate Time: 1:00 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.
Miami will win this game if the referees feel sympathy for them, and as a result begin ejecting FSU players for the violent hits that are sure to come. Barring mass ejections, our celebration will spill over from the tailgate and into the stands of Doak Campbell.
In honor of our guests from the 305, the tailgate this week will have a South Beach flavor. We will have Cuban food, mojitos, and fresh beats provided by Miami's own DJ Matt "Kickback" Kellough. Come early and stay late as we party our way to Pasadena.
Menu: Tapas, Ropa Vieja, Arroz con Pollo
Cocktail of the Week: Mojitos, we will also have a keg.
Activities: Cornhole tournament at 4:30 p.m.
See you Saturday, and don't forget to pace yourself... The game does not start until 8 p.m.
N.C. State vs. #2 FSU Game Time:
Saturday, October 26th at 3:30 p.m.,Tallahassee, FL
Tailgate Time: 11:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
After last week's decimation of #3 Clemson, and next week's destruction of #7 Miami, Saturday's game has the potential to disappoint. Luckily for FSU fans there are two incentives that will keep our players motivated to deliver another ass whoopin':
1. Bobby and hundreds of former players will be there.
2. Revenge- The players and coaches remember what N.C. State did to us last year.
So, come out Saturday and wear your best Bowden-era retro gear. We will pack up the tailgate around 2:30 to make sure we get into the stadium early enough for the pregame festivities.
Menu: Chili, Cornbread, other Snacks
Cocktail of the week: Dark & Stormy's- consists of Gosling's Black Seal Rum and ginger beer served over ice, accompanied by a slice of lime.
The weather should be gorgeous, so come join us under the pines.
Maryland vs. FSU Game Time:
Saturday, October 5th at 12:00 p.m. EST, Tallahassee,
FL Tailgate Time: 9:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
In the major conflict of conference expansion, Maryland finds itself in a familiar position- nebulous allegiances while attempting to straddle divergent factions. Before the Terrapinscan flee the ACC for less competitive environs, they must make one more trip to Doak Campbell Stadium. In order to ensure a hostile welcome, we will have plenty of Vitamin-C laced libations to lubricate our vocal cords prior to game time.
Menu: Donuts, Chik-fil-a, Fresh Fruit
Cocktail of the week: Black Eyed Susans- The official beverage of the Preakness and the unofficial Maryland state beverage.
Bethune-Cookman Tailgate MVP's: Maddy and Molly ran through the rain and still had enough energy to dominate the flip cup table.
Bethune-Cookman vs. FSU Game Time:
Saturday, September 21st at 6:00 p.m. EST, Tallahassee,
FL Tailgate Time: 2:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
This week Bethune-Cookman football coach Brian Jenkins described his team’s upcoming game at Florida State as “a heavyweight fight.” Jenkins said he sees the match-up of his FCS power Wildcats and FBS
power Seminoles this Saturday as a showdown of “championship-caliber”
teams.
Unfortunately this week at the tailgate we will not have any of the drugs that Coach Jenkins is snorting/ smoking/ huffing. We will however have some tasty tailgate fare, a wide selection of libations, and a diverse group of misfits. Come join the party on Saturday.
Menu: Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans
Cocktail of the Week: Spiked Sweet Tea/ Lemonade
Activities: We will have the cornhole boards and beer pong table out. We will also be taking nominations for this week's tailgate MVP.

On Labor Day, a star was born. Where apprehension once ruled, the freshman wunderkind has infused our season with expectation. The long moribund hopes and dreams of FSU fans have been awakened. Saturday, Doak Campbell Stadium is the stage in a battle for ACC supremacy. In a possible ACC title game preview, the Duke Blue Devils bring their 6-2 record to Tallahassee. In homage to their new found football prowess, Duke students have made the trip and are camping in "Cutcliffe-ville" and calling themselves the "Campbell Crazies". It's our job to put them in their places and turn their attention back towards the upcoming basketball season. So, come have a few beverages because we can rest next Saturday during the bye week.
Menu: Burgers, Brats, Chicken Wings
Cocktail of the Week: Blue Devil Brew
Activities:
We will have all of the tailgate games out, come enjoy the fall weather.
Boston College vs. #12 FSU Game Time: Saturday, October 13th at 5:30 p.m. EST,
Tallahassee, FL Tailgate Time: 1:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
A week after an embarrassing loss to N.C. State, the Noles limp home with bruised egos and a battered fan base. As tailgaters, we can not control the outcome on the field, but we can control the pre-game party. It is our responsibility to tailgate with the enthusiasm of an undefeated, top 5 team, regardless of record. And, I'm sure if we lose anymore the alcohol consumption will exponentially increase without my imploration. Luckily for FSU, the Eagles won't have Matt Ryan, Mark Herzlich or Luke Kuechly suiting up on Saturday.
Menu:
Paella- cooked on site at the tailgate, French Bread, Assorted Snacks
Cocktail of the Week:
Electric Pink Lemonade
Activities:
Civil War tournament. If you haven't played civil war, it's a fast paced drinking game that's thematically appropriate considering our northern opponent.
#10 Clemson University vs. #4 FSU Game Time: Saturday, September 22nd at 8:00 p.m. EST,
Tallahassee, FL Tailgate Time: 1:00 p.m.- 7:15 p.m.
The ascension to our rightful place atop college football begins Saturday night. There was once a time when we had to rely on last second heroics to beat the purple intruders from the Piedmont. This year the domination begins from the opening whistle.
Although the Noles will start the massacre early, it's our job as tailgaters to appropriately pace ourselves. Together we can monitor our compatriots to ensure that everyone makes it into the game with the capability to turn Doak into a hostile environment. So come early, have a few beverages and then settle into a moderate tempo until game time. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
Menu: Smoked Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese, Cornbread, Banana Pudding
Cocktail of the Week: Tiger's Blood Punch
Activities:
- DJ Kellough will be spinning throughout the afternoon as the party escalates towards the 8PM kickoff.
- Cornhole tournament at 4:30 PM.
Bring a six pack and a few friends. See you Saturday!
Wake Forest University vs. #5 FSU Game Time: Saturday, September 15th at 12:00
p.m. EST, Tallahassee, FL Tailgate Time: 9:00 a.m.-11:30
a.m.
The Noles have lost to once-lowly Wake Forest 4 of the last 6 times we have played them. No longer the whipping boy of the ACC, Wake has taken advantage of undisciplined and injury plagued FSU squads as recently as last year. But, after 2 preseason scrimmages, the Noles are relatively healthy and focused for their first FCS opponent.
With a noon kickoff, we will be just as prepared to host our visitors from Winston Salem. Come out bright and early on Saturday and join the fun.
Menu: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (founded in Winston Salem), Chik-fil-a Chicken Biscuits, Fresh Fruit
Cocktail of the Week: Fresh Squeezed Greyhounds and Screwdrivers
Activities: We will once again have all of the tailgate games out and the most entertaining activity will be planning the Clemson tailgate.
Savannah State vs. FSU Game Time:
Saturday, September 8th at 6:00 p.m. EST, Tallahassee,
FL Tailgate Time: 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Some are speculating that Savannah State could be the worst opponent FSU has ever faced. Coming off an 84-0 loss to Oklahoma State, the Tigers limp into Doak Campbell Stadium with self- preservation as their primary objective.
Because the outcome of the game has been pre-determined and most fans will only attend the first half, it is our responsibility as tailgaters to make the day memorable regardless. So, invite your friends and join us for food, fun and festivities.
Menu: Low Country Boil, Cornbread, Sancks
Cocktail of the Week: Savannah Sweet Tea
Activities: Beer Pong Tournament at 3:30 PM, and DJ Kickback Kellough is also making his return- so bring your glowsticks.
A new season is here, and this year the tailgate is going to be bigger and better than ever. We have some great things planned for the tailgate season. If the football team can match our preparation and execution, they will likely be awarded the national championship by mid-season. It all starts Saturday as Murray State races south to take on the Noles. Bring your friends and a six-pack and meet us under the pines.
Murray State vs. FSU Game Time: Saturday, September 1st at 6:00 p.m. EST, Tallahassee,
FL Tailgate Time: 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Menu: Kentucky Fried Chicken, Green Beans,
Mac & Cheese
University of Miami vs. FSU Game Time: Saturday, November 10th at 3:30p.m. EST, Tallahassee, FL Tailgate Time: 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. It's rivalry week here in Tallahassee and the drumbeat you hear in the distance warns of a coming storm. Although the Hurricane has been downgraded to a passing shower, the Noles remain vigilant as dozens of visitors from the south whirl into town in a chain-dangling, jersey-clad frenzy. Saturday should be a beautiful day to pop bottles with Nevin and the rest of the crew from the 305 as we celebrate the U's steady decline into obscurity.
Menu: Pulled Pork, Brunswick Stew, assorted sides and desserts
Beverages: Miami Mojitos, Beer, Wet Bar
Activities: DJ Kickback Kellough will return to mix up South Beach Techno with North Florida Country. Invite your friends and join us under the pines. Let me know if you'd like to contribute a side or some brews. See you Saturday.
Game Time: Saturday, October 29th at 12:00 p.m. EST, Tallahassee, FL
Tailgate Time: 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
This saturday afternoon we welcome the NC State Wolfpack to town. The Noles will look to avenge last season's loss in Raliegh as they face off against Tom O'Brien's troops led by Mike "not Russell Wilson" Glennon. FSU fans should give Coach O'Brien a standing ovation on Saturday for running off their star QB.
The weather will again be cool, so bundle up and come tailgate Saturday morning. Warm up your liver as the temperature simultaneously rises.
